The ‘Huon’ Sausage & Salami Filler (Sometimes called a sausage stuffer) is the result of years of testing to find the best possible device for home or semi-professional sausage making.
This is the most practical, durable and reasonably priced sausage maker on the market. It has been constructed predominantly from stainless-steel, and features solid steel gears which do not suffer from the common breakages that can occur in many of our rival brands. This filler has an air-release valve in the plunger, which helps prevent air pockets making their way into your finished sausages or salamis. There are two gears, A slow one for filling and a fast one for rapid retraction of the plunger for re-loading.
