A Kiwi twist on a traditional tomato based barbecue sauce, flavoured with the unique taste of native Manuka smoke. This sweet and smoky sauce is ideal with all types of meat and poultry as a marinade, in place of tomato sauce with barbecued burgers and sausages or as a tasty dip with chicken tenders, onion rings and potato wedges. Can also be used as a topping for grilled mushrooms or vegetables.
